LumenForge Advisors came out of a pattern I kept seeing inside Microsoft.
In my 26 years there, most recently as Director of AI Strategy & Transformation for the Americas, I watched enterprise organizations get every resource they needed to make AI real: dedicated change teams, sponsor coverage, governance, measurement, the full operating model. Then I’d hear from small and mid-sized business leaders trying to pull off the same transformation with a fraction of the help and ten times the noise. They didn’t need another deck on what AI could do. They needed someone to sit at the table with them, figure out what to actually do, and stay until it worked.
The name carries the philosophy. A lumen is the measure of light. A forge is where raw material gets shaped, with skill and with heat, into something durable. That’s the work: cut through the noise, do the craftsmanship, leave something your team can run on their own.
LumenForge exists to bring enterprise-grade discipline to small and mid-sized businesses across the Carolinas without the enterprise overhead, the consultant theater, or the hype. AI as a tool to make your people stronger. Never as an excuse to make them fewer. No hype. Just honest impact that actually sticks.
How I Work
