One advisor. Two AI agents. Every decision is mine.
LumenForge is a one-person firm. I use two AI agents to extend what I can do, and I’m open about it because that’s exactly the kind of AI use I help clients get right.
Dan Bond
Founder & Principal AI Advisor
“I help leaders cut through AI complexity and deliver people-centric, real momentum.”
26 years at Microsoft as the person brought in on hard problems. Now I help small and mid-sized businesses across the Carolinas figure out where AI actually helps, where it doesn’t, and how to use it responsibly over time. You talk to me, and I make the calls.
The AI Agents I Work With
Both prepare work. Neither makes the call.

AI AGENT · OPERATIONS
Iris
Keeps the work organized: tracks decisions, prepares drafts and reviews, and checks that what we publish holds up. Everything she prepares comes to me for approval.

AI AGENT · GROWTH CONTENT
Vera
Drafts social content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Nothing posts without review, and every final call on what goes out is mine.
AI AGENTIris and Vera are AI agents. I decide.
The Tools I Use
No single vendor has every answer. I use the right tool for each job, and I check them against each other.
Claude
Business planning, iteration, and structure.
Example: turning a rough outline into a structured whitepaper draft that I then edit.
Gemini
Image generation and Google Workspace.
Example: testing how AI works inside Google Workspace, so I can advise clients who run on it.
Copilot
Microsoft 365 integration.
Example: summarizing long email threads and meeting notes in Outlook and Teams.
Grok
A second source for testing Claude’s work, and Claude does the same for Grok.
Example: I give Grok and Claude the same question and compare where they disagree.
Local models
A few LLMs running in my own home environment.
Example: testing what AI can do with no cloud connection at all.
How I Handle Your Data
AI makes me faster. It doesn’t get a free pass with your information.
What I never put into AI
Passwords, financial account details, personal information about your employees or customers, and anything you mark confidential.
Your consent comes first
I don’t use AI on your material unless you’ve agreed to it, and you can opt out of any part of it.
I review everything
Nothing AI-assisted reaches you, or goes out under your name, until I’ve read and approved it.
Your information stays with your engagement
I don’t reuse one client’s material for another.
