Ongoing, not project-based
LumenForge Advisory Line
A knowledgeable AI resource on call, without another project on your plate.
Most of what businesses actually need isn’t a new engagement. It’s someone to ask. Advisory Line is standing access to a senior AI advisor, on a fixed monthly hour allotment, for the questions that come up between the bigger decisions.
You don’t need a project. You need someone to ask.
Your ops manager wants to try a new tool and you don’t know if it’s safe. A vendor pitches you an “AI-powered” add-on and you can’t tell if that’s real or marketing. Someone on your team starts using AI for something and you’re not sure if you should be excited or worried. None of that needs a full engagement. It needs a call.
Advisory Line exists for exactly that gap; the space between “I’ll figure it out eventually” and “let’s scope a project.” It’s built for businesses that want a steady hand on AI decisions, not another deliverable to manage.
Two tiers, built around how much access you want.
Essentials
$750–$1,000 /month
- 3–4 hours/month
- One 45-minute working session per month
- Async email/Teams access with 3 business day response
- Daily digest email (optional)
Priority

- 6–8 hours/month
- One 60–90 minute working session per month

Priority is priced at less than double Essentials; hours scale up, cost per hour scales down.
Commitment
3, 6, or 12-month terms. Longer terms carry a small discount (roughly 5% at 6 months, 10% at 12 months).
Billing
Your choice of monthly or semiannual billing, independent of how long you commit.
What Advisory Line isn’t.
Advisory Line is understanding and access, not delivery. It doesn’t include the deliverables that come with an AI Governance Blueprint, a Shadow AI Discovery Scan, or the 90-Day AI Readiness Sprint. It doesn’t include workshop or training content. Those stay exactly what they are — separate services with their own scope, because that protects the quality of both.
If a conversation surfaces something that needs a deliverable, we’ll scope that separately. Advisory Line is where you go to think out loud and get clarity. Engagements are where you go to get something built.
Where it fits.
Already done a Sprint or engagement with us? Advisory Line is how we stay in touch without you needing a new project to justify the conversation.
Haven’t started yet and not sure you’re ready for a full engagement? Advisory Line is a low-commitment way to start getting real answers before you decide on anything bigger.
Not sure if Advisory Line is the right starting point?
That’s exactly what the Reality Check is for. Thirty minutes, no pitch. We’ll figure out together whether ongoing access is what you need — or whether something else makes more sense first.
